Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in the same condition in which you received it
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Include all original tags
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

- The reason for your return
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return.
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we may provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution.
For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at:

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care or hygiene-sensitive products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
Sale or clearance items may also be excluded from standard returns, except where returns are required by applicable law.

Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item, size, or style is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a customer in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items should be in substantially the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging and tags where reasonably applicable.
Certain goods may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including personalized goods and certain sealed hygiene products once opened.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable EU law.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, any additional shipping or return costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
